Courier Charges
Wall-Library wants to ensure that you receive your Designer wallpaper as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We have asked all our suppliers to use the courier company DHL to ensure that you receive the wallpaper in the best possible condition, on time, at a reasonable cost, and with the ability to track your parcel. Each Designer wallpaper order is sent from the designer’s studio directly to your doorstep.

Delivery Times
Normally, all our UK designers have their wallpapers in stock, so delivery is normally within 5 to 7 working days and in most cases sooner.
The partner will post details of delivery times on their product pages, and again notify you on receipt of your order notification.
Each of our designers have put their own delivery times on their pages so please check to see what information they have listed. We will also confirm again on your receipt once you have placed your order.
If you have a query about delivery for a product which you have already ordered, please contact our designers direct who will be very happy to help. You can do this using the contact link on your order confirmation email and it is for them to deal with such enquiries in the first instance. We will of course be very happy to help once you have first done this.
All of our designers take pride in giving a great service, and that includes efficient delivery. However, there are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of their control can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavors, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
UK standard courier delivery
We want our wallpapers to reach you in a pristine state so we have opted to send all our papers to you by courier service. This means that you will be able to track your wallpaper as soon as your receive your unique tracking code. Please note that the courier service does not guarantee an express delivery.
All couriers will need a signature at your end, so if you are aware that you are going to be out please arrange for the parcel to be sent to an address where there will be someone in residence.
If a product has an allocated delivery charge, it will be in accordance with the size and weight of the product.
International Delivery
International delivery is available for all wallpapers. Delivery is charged in accordance with the size and destination address of the order as outlined on the relevant product pages.

Wallpapers that are sold through Wall-Library.com are offered for sale by sellers who are both UK and non UK residents. If you choose to purchase from this site from locations outside of the UK, or for delivery outside of the UK, then you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. You, or the addressee, may be required to pay import duties on receipt of your goods. Please be aware that these are the responsibility of the customer.
